Shannon is a successful entrepreneur, business coach, and speaker who began her career in Atlanta, GA, founding her first business at the age of 21 She has worked with clients ranging from general contractors, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and top executives, to medical device companies, and auction houses.
Shannon has an extensive background of success in creating sales teams across various industries, as well as implementing operational efficiencies and driving recruiting success in and out of the real estate.

Shannon has consulted with thousands of business owners and entrepreneurs regarding their business strategies, systems, technology, hiring, and training to assist in creating a future of success and profitability.
Shannon is known for her love of systems and processes and for utilizing those to help individuals and businesses connect deeper in their recruiting and business relationships.
She is a speaker at local, state, and regional functions and business events across the United States. She has most recently led the sales team for Everything But The House, guiding them to reach all-time high sales records. She served as a team leader for Keller Williams and hit record recruiting numbers in that role.
